Calm, strategic coaching for complex professional realities
A trusted thinking partner for women in professional services navigating high-stakes decisions, difficult dynamics and moments of transition
A short, informal conversation to explore whether working together would be helpful.
A calm and grounded thinking partner
I support women in professional services who are navigating complex, high-pressure environments and want space to think clearly about what comes next. I work with leaders who are operating in situations that feel charged, politically complex or finely balanced — and who want a trusted partner to help them move forward with clarity, confidence and intent.
In my previous career, I routinely advised boards and senior leadership teams of large, complex organisations on strategic and reputational risk. I was trusted to remain calm, clear and independent in situations where the consequences were real and the dynamics finely balanced. That experience continues to shape how I work today: I am comfortable staying with what is difficult or unspoken, rather than moving too quickly to resolution, and helping leaders think clearly when decisions carry weight beyond the immediate moment.
What you can expect from working with me is:
- A calm, grounded presence that allows you to slow down and gain perspective
- Careful examination of the real drivers beneath the issue and about the things that are often left unsaid.
- Space to test options rigorously and realistically
- Clarity about a way forward that you can stand behind
Who I work with
I work with women in professional services — including law, consulting, finance and other advisory roles — who are thoughtful, capable and operating in environments where the pressure is real and the dynamics are complex.
My clients are often:
- Leading teams or functions with significant responsibility and visibility
- Navigating difficult relationships, sustained tension or politically sensitive situations
- Facing a pivotal decision or period of transition
- Successful by external measures, yet carrying questions they don’t have space to think through elsewhere
They are not looking for motivation or quick fixes. They want a calm, strategic space to think clearly, test options and decide how they want to move forward.
How we would work together
My work is collaborative, thoughtful and grounded in real professional contexts.
I offer a confidential, one-to-one space where you can step out of reaction and into clearer thinking. Sessions are shaped around what matters most to you at that point in time — whether that’s a specific situation, an ongoing dynamic, or a broader question about direction.
I don’t come with a fixed agenda or a prescribed framework. Instead, I work with what is present, helping you:
- slow the situation down
- understand the dynamics at play
- test options realistically
- decide on a way forward that aligns with both your professional responsibilities and your personal values
I am comfortable staying with what is difficult or unspoken, rather than moving too quickly to resolution. My role is not to advise or tell you what to do, but to be a calm, engaged thinking partner — particularly when the situation feels complex, charged or finely balanced.
We’ll agree the frequency and focus of our work together in a way that fits around your professional commitments, and we’ll review as we go.
An Initial Conversation
Our first conversation is a chance to take a breath.
We’ll talk about what’s on your mind, what’s making the situation feel difficult, and what you’d like more clarity about. I’ll ask questions, reflect what I’m hearing, and help you get a sense of whether this feels like the right space and pace for you.
There’s no obligation and no expectation that you arrive with a neatly framed issue. Many people come simply knowing that something feels stuck or unresolved.
At the end of the conversation, we can decide together whether working together would be useful, and if so, what that might look like.
